We are members of "Checatrade" and give all customers a comment card for completion following each installation. These cards are returned by freepost to Checkatrade not us and are published on their site for yur information.

As part of our commitment to you the customer and to ensure you get the best job we only use our own employees and NEVER use sub-contract labour or companies. This way we keep complete control on our installation standards.
We have uniformed installers, we are all highly qualified and experienced, all equipment including tools and vehicles are serviced and tested regularly we even have clean dustsheets that are laundered routinely. We always aim to treat your home better than our own.
Our commitment to giving the best to our customers is underpinned by training internally with apprentices going through a recognised apprenticeship achieving City & Guilds qualifications and ultimately Gas Safe Register registration in their own right.
We also continually look at ways of reducing our impact on the environment. This includes recycling of as much waste as practical, any metals are also recycled where possible.
We cannot stress enough to customers that whilst we may not be the cheapest we give one of the best professional, value for money services available. Always confirm that you are getting what you have paid for. This is why we always encourage customers to check qualifications, insurances and any recommendations possible as well as making sure you receive all documentation you should receive upon completion of the installation.
Customers should receive certificates from Gassafe Register for most gas work carried out in their homes. This is a requirement of the Building Regulations.
We are fully insured which can be confirmed if required.
